do i book a consultation?
Consultations are free, please contact the salon directly via the salon number for available days and times. I look forward to seeing you in the salon.
best way to book
Bookings can be made via email, phone, facebook, and on our 'Online booking' page on this website.
Please be aware when using Online Booking, if there is no availability that day for the selected time you require, it will automatically change the date to the next date available at the requested time slot.
Do I need a patch test
Yes, you need to have a skin test 48hr before your appointment. This is to ensure your safety and should always be done. If no skin test has been carried out, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancelation policy/ No show appointments
There is a 48hr cancellation policy in place. Please give notice of any cancellations or changes 48hr prior to your appointment. This may result in a none refundable deposit taken for future appointments
No Show / Missed appointments with no prior warning given to the salon, will result in full payment taken for all future appointments. This is none refundable.
